Joel Crandall, PT, DPT

Joel was born and raised in Weeki Wachee, FL, spent 10 years in Gainesville, FL, and then moved to Denver, CO in 2012 after finishing the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at the University of Florida. He moved to Colorado for adventure and love of the mountains, and quickly realized that Colorado would be his home. Joel lives with his wife, Laurel, and their trusty dog companion, Raffi. He enjoys hiking, backpacking, biking, rafting, playing guitar, snowboarding, and running.

He has also competed in an array of sports, including golf, basketball, track and field, volleyball, and most notably, Ultimate Frisbee. He has competed in local, national, and international competitions for Ultimate Frisbee. He has played for local Colorado teams for the last 11 years, including Johnny Encore and Inception. Over the years Joel has competed at all levels of competition from college nationals, open nationals, and Masters Worlds. Although highly rewarding, these athletic ventures led to many injuries throughout the years.
