Streamline Physical Therapy believes your journey towards recovery should be efficient, effective, and simplified. Streamline provides hour long one-on-one treatment sessions with a highly experienced physical therapist. Located in the Denver’s JCC Fitness & Aquatics Center, Streamline Physical Therapy provides exceptional care for all members of the Denver community. Streamline was founded by Joel Crandall, Doctor of Physical Therapy. With over ten years of experience and countless treatment hours, Joel has developed expertise in a wide variety of physical therapy needs.

Here at Streamline Physical Therapy, we offer top level care tailored to your individual functional, and sport/recreational needs. Joel Crandall is the sole clinician at Streamline Physical Therapy. You will always be seen by Joel, and all of the experience he has to offers.

Streamline physical therapy accepts Medicare and Medicaid insurance but is considered an 'out of network' for private insurance providers. Most patient's have Medicare supplementary plans which cover 'out of network' providers. We chose this model in order to maintain a top level of quality of care for all of our patients. Most clinics will cram in 2-3 patients (or more) in an hour, per therapist, and you may end up working with a different therapist every session.

Remember, it is not that you have "failed" conservative care before, it is more that conservative care "failed" you.
